T. Harley, 61, of Buford was hit and killed around 2 a.m. near the intersection of Buford Drive and Satellite Boulevard in Gwinnett County.
The Gwinnett Police report that the motorist drove off, traveling north on Buford Drive and turning right onto South Lee Street.
Investigators are looking for a vehicle that has a piece of plastic missing from a headlight cover and a shattered side window.
